Hilary is an inspiration

Last August, Hilary Lister made headline news in the Times, Guardian, ITN and BBC TV News, Radio 5 Live, Radio France, Capital Radio and Europe 1. Her story was covered in all UK national papers.

Hilary’s inspirational story - being the first quadriplegic to sail solo across the Channel – won her the Sunday Times Award for Inspiration, at the recent Sports Women of the Year Awards. The coverage continues to appear – recently in New Woman magazine, as “Woman of the Year” and look out for the March issue of Marie Claire.
