Pindar Set expands into California and India

Pindar Set has taken on 95 new employees in San Diego, California as part of its continued expansion in the United States, processing ads for Yellow Book USA. Pindar Set began operating in America in 2001, and now employs over 450 staff in its operations in Pennsylvania, Iowa and California. The new staff in the San Diego office join over 80 new staff in Bangalore India who will handle the majority of the increased workload.

The business is also creating a new software development and technical support centre at its Philadelphia headquarters to better serve its rapidly growing US customer needs. Technical development and support for both the USA and UK, currently based in Scarborough and Edinburgh, is being restructured to focus on its local country needs in the UK and the United States. As part of this planned move, Pindar Set have relocated 4 staff to Philadelphia from Scarborough and recruited 12 new software developers.

Pindar Set has also recently signed a letter of intent for a third site in India to be based in Hyderabad. When fitted out and operational in July of this year, the Hyderabad site will have capacity for a further 300 staff.
