Pindar
Pindar has adopted a lifetime learning approach, putting into place initiatives to further the careers of existing staff.
Occupation related training has included the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications while training and development in people and project management skills has helped employees develop in existing roles or move into new roles.
Our recent apprenticeship programme run with Leeds College of Technology saw the majority being named Apprentice of the Year in their field.
Other creative approaches to learning have included tailored graduate placement programmes based on the requirements of a specific business area.

AlphaGraphics
For AlphaGraphics continual training and professional development for both corporate team members as well as franchisees are top priorities.
The AlphaGraphics Learning Zone is an online learning centre that features interactive training modules for all aspects of the business and is used in conjunction with classroom training and other development programmes.
Effective sales are critical to success for every business centre so the recently launched AlphaGraphics Sales Academy offers sales education for employees and franchisees enabling owners to move their businesses forward with the latest, most effective sales techniques.
