AlphaGraphics Receives World Class Franchise Certification

AlphaGraphics has announced that it has received its World Class Franchise Certification from the Franchise Research Institute.  This marks the company's fourth consecutive year in which it has received certification.  

The World-Class Franchise ranking is based on feedback from franchisees.  To earn it, companies must earn a positive rating from two thirds or more of its franchisees.  Franchisees are asked to answer questions on topics such as the company's quality, competence and commitment.  More than 70% of AlphaGraphics owners completed the survey in October.
