Senior Management Changes

Pindar Chief Executive Andrew Dalton will step down in March, to be replaced by a new Chief Operating Officer as part of a review of the group's management structure.

Andrew Dalton joined Pindar in 1995 in order to develop AlphaGraphics in the UK. As Pindar expanded, the role grew to that of Chief Executive for Pindar and now 15 years later, he is leaving in order to rejoin and further grow the AlphaGraphics franchise that he co-owns.

Chairman Andrew Pindar, whose role will now encompass that of Chairman and Chief Executive, praised Andrew Dalton's "unfailing hard work and deep integrity" and wished him and his family well for the future.

Andrew Holmes has been appointed as the group's new chief operating officer. Andrew, who graduated in law from Warwick University before becoming Operations Director and Company Secretary at the Scarborough Building Society prior to its takeover, will begin his role at Pindar on 23rd February.
