Logipack is a software package we have developed using Microsoft’s .net technologies. barcode

It provides integrity within the production & packing of examination materials providing vital feedback to both Pindar and the customer.

Logipack can track a single examination paper or a group of papers through their production lifecycle from inception to final delivery. It does this by tracking the paper via its unique barcode; this barcode is scanned at each stage of the production process and verified against job/customer specific business rules.

For example, at the packing stage each paper is scanned against a predefined order which verifies that the right paper is in the correct pack, going to the correct centre or distribution point. Its semi automated bagging facility ensures fast and accurate and secure enclosure of your examination paper.

Once an order has been completed, Box/Pack labels are produced. The label contains a unique barcode which links the scanned items to the box.

The system has a full feature visual feedback module, which gives live graphical production information to the shop floor via two 42” plasma screens.  Users have their own dashboard screens so they can track their productivity.

Logipack has been built with the customer in mind. The interface is highly adaptable and can be reconfigured to answer any query relating to the production cycle.

As a further enhancement we have developed a system that accurately counts the number of pages /papers, greatly reducing the risk of missing pages within an examination paper and adding a further quality check to the process.

Pindar has 5,000 square feet of production floor space within a secure environment, allowing considerable flexibility in respect of the layout and configuration of the fulfilment area, ensuring correct content, quantity and destination for your papers.
