Pindar can provide a number of different hosting services for our clients, depending upon your requirements and the scale of the project.

AgilityEMS is hosted in a high security server farm – built from the ground up with resilience and fault tolerance.

This includes:

  • Provision of e-commerce, database and related software
  • Site operational/monitoring support 24h 7d
  • Operating System, File and Database monitoring and tracking for PCI compliance.
  • Application and technical support during office hours via telephone & remote user access
  • Hosting of website on high-specification server farm in a high security facility based in a former nuclear bunker
  • Site traffic reports and analysis
  • Account management support and liaison

All hosting servers operate on an uninterrupted power supply that in the event of power loss would continue operation and withstand adverse consequences. The Bunker power supplies are constructed with very high capacity, stability and reliability.

The connection to the internet is through fully redundant network connections with available bandwidth up to 100 mg upon demand, constantly monitored to ensure optimum performance.

Dedicated firewalls protect the demilitarized zone and internal hardened zone. Further firewall protection is afforded through a Microsoft IP level restriction service operating on highest security level.

On-line payment is protected through secure servers with registered secure certificate and operating through a 128bit SSL connection.

Network Load Balancing is implemented where possible to add redundancy, resilience and load sharing for all of our solutions. This means that in the event of a single server failure, there are always others there to take up the work load.
